Could you support Any Link Scheme as a volunteer?

Volunteering Information

Do you live in the local area? Could you spare some time to offer transport and support to a person in need?

Any Link Scheme is always looking for people to support our service as a volunteer. Volunteering is a great way to stay active, meet new people and help vulnerable and isolated residents in your community. Please see below for more information about the different roles on offer.

Following an interview and DBS check*, volunteers are issued with a driver’s information pack, an identification badge and a “Hospital Car” card.

*Note, all prospective volunteers will need to undergo a Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) check.

Link Coordinators are responsible for answering calls from clients and liaising with our team of Volunteer Drivers. Link Coordinators may need to prioritise requests for help with transport, depending on volunteer numbers.
