Client Information
Any Link Scheme is a volunteer-led service that offers door-to-door transport and assistance. Our clients include older people and/or those who are frail, unwell or unable to travel without help. Our service is for medical appointments for those most in need in our community.
Our Service
If you need help with transport to a medical appointment, please telephone us on 01234 567891. Your call will be answered by a Link Coordinator who will take details of your request and assign it to one of our volunteers.
Please leave a message if there is no answer, and we will call you back. Please note, we may need to prioritise the most vulnerable in our community.
We can provide assistance to people in the areas of Village 1, Village 2, Village 3 and Village 4.
We can help with transport to:
- Doctors appointments (e.g. GP Surgery)
- Hospital appointments
- Physiotherapy appointments
- Other medical appointments
Any Link Scheme is for medical appointments for those most in need in our community. We may be able to offer transport for people visiting a loved one receiving care or a trip to a local support service, depending on volunteer availability.
What will it cost?
Whatever you can give! There is no set charge for our service, but we do invite clients to make a donation towards the cost of providing the service. Cash or cheque donations can be placed in the envelope given to you by your driver. If you want to make your donation by bank transfer, ask our Coordinator for details.
A mileage allowance is paid to our volunteer drivers. We also have telephone and other administrative expenses. Any Link Scheme could not continue to operate without the donations that we receive from Link service users.
